Head of Printer Technology, Product Identification Business Unit - AstroNova

Dwight Cram, former Advanced Development, R&D leader for Electronics for Imaging, joined as Head Of Printer Technology for Product Identification Business Unit at AstroNova, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOT), a global leader in data visualization technologies.
He served at Meredith, NH based digital printing technology company Electronics for Imaging in Advanced Development, R&D, and was part of a small team chosen by the CTO to provide technical leadership and develop initiatives focused on market dominance and business objectives.
Prior to that, Cram served at Electronics for Imaging in Manager, Software Engineering and Systems Architect roles from 2006 to 2010 responsible for researching technology and trends within the industry, establishing and executing engineering strategy, managing projects, leading the software team in all aspects of development, system architecture, designing frameworks, mentoring, resource allocation and code reviews. Before that, he was Principal Software Engineer at the company from 2003 to 2006.
Before joining Electronics for Imaging in 2003, he served as Software Engineer for Transcept, Sanders (a Lockheed Martin company), and ASAP Media Services.
Cram attained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Maine.
